Hey all, wasn't sure where to begin looking. A while back someone made a thread about a video (think it was youtube?) of a professor giving a lecture on the fifth amendment and why people don't have to give any information to the police. It included an actual policemen agreeing with the professor and giving additional reasons why using your fifth amendment right to not give information to the police is the best way to go.

My cousin is in some trouble and I'd like to reference that vid, can anyone remember more about it?
