I guess I'm so used to being raped by Norfolk/Virginia Beach real estate prices that this doesn't sound like that bad of a deal, but I know precisely dick about the Raleigh market, which will probably make me an easy target for pricerape when I move down in a couple of months. With the new GI Bill kicking in next August I'll be getting a G a month for housing, I bet I could find some nice digs.
