our CAD (computer aided dispatch) system (Locution, affectionally referred to as Laqueesha) can only say certain words (i.e. the names of all the streets/businesses/etc. in wake county) because a woman at Locution actually has to record everything

this is the weirdest combo of stuff we could come up with

i had "HEMORRHAGE AT THE BACK DOOR CLUB" but i can't find it

good shot, but we don't use "this stuff" in the field

it's in a server room in the 911 center

and there are no qualifications to use a TTS system
