Not really, it just eventually goes away. Sometimes cleaning out your ears helps because it might just be because of wax buildup. My doctor told me ginkgo sometimes helps but I think that's probably bs.

If you clean them out with a q-tip, there's a good chance you're just compacting wax in your ear. Try cleaning them out with hydrogen peroxide and see if anything comes out.
