i remember reading an article about boston's "foreplay/long time" being based on tom scholz' studies at MIT. apparently it's mathematically the perfect song.

This is just going to be a thread where people with bad taste post their favorite songs.

this is just going to be a thread where people with superiority complexes feel the need to vocalize his or her disdain for others' subjective opinions, ie, musical taste.

"Age of Consent" and "God Only Knows" are good ones

"How to Disappear Completely" is perfect in a lot of ways

i've always thought the bridge from "god only knows" was a little awkward.. rest of the song is perfection though

but i will agree with "wouldn't it be nice"

also will add Boards of Canada - Roygbiv

BTBAM - White Walls

it's pure ecstasy, especially the last seven minutes starting with "we just need to throw some new ideas in"

theres nothing wrong with this song, and almost nothing wrong with the entire cd. even if you don't like the harsh vocals halfway through, you can appreciate the somewhat ridiculous song writing going on here.

ps: try to find someone who can growl as well as Micheal does. not necessarily on this song, but on a lot of others his pronunciation / enunciation speaks volumes.

I'm walls1441 and i'm not an opeth fanboy. i think.
