Or jsut dont buy alienware as there customer service sucks balls, the 'onsite' warrantys are a lie, and if the system breaks, esp laptops, they will bone you to death trying to 'fix ' it

Nothing like seeing a friend send off a 4,000 dollar laptop for repair to get it back with a note that they FFR's, and replaced mobo and video module to 'fix it', went from intel plus nvidia to intel plus ati, and got a lemon card that hard crashed the machine on load for any hardware accelerator game. and every time it needed a fix under the high dollar on site waranty it had to be MAILED to them in florida. And 3-4 week turn around time on a repair. IF you are lucky. Sell this shit on craiglist, as you are clearly someone who got a lemon, returned it, now want to stick someone with the giftcard they gave you.
