AM Book: http://www.amazon.com/FE-Best-Engineer-Training-Preps/dp/0878910778/ref=sr_11_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1220885372&sr=11-1

PM Book: http://www.amazon.com/FE-EIT-PM-General-Engineering-Preps/dp/0878912614/ref=sr_11_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1220885454&sr=11-1

I used them to study for the FE exam last semester and passed $35 for both.

The PM book just covers slightly more difficult topics than the AM, and then the practice tests in each book reflect what you should expect to see in each respective test (PM questions are a little more involved, take longer to solve).

yes, I know what the FE is comprised of. been there done that. but when I took it, there was one general review book that had enough easy -> difficult questions to cover both general sessions.
