I'd save up money for something you want and would like to have. I wouldn't compromise to just a TN (or two) if you want high resolution with proper color reproduction. Check around for some used Dell monitors. I saw a few 30" dell's for 800 last month, and I was tempted to pick them up.
9/15/2008 7:17:08 PM
30" (and 28") is too freaking much for sitting like 18" away. I'd like to have one for display of the final videos, but I don't do enough video right now to warrant it.
9/15/2008 7:18:19 PM
only advice i have is don't do B.. it's annoying as shit to have two different size monitors
9/15/2008 7:19:29 PM
I had two 20" Samsungs and really liked that setup... go w/ A, assuming you can work your HD magic or whatnot w/ that
9/15/2008 7:20:58 PM
i dont have a problem with different sized monitors as long as they have the same pixel size
9/15/2008 7:30:27 PM
Fuck a monitor. Build a stage and get people to act out the internet for you. That's baller shit.
9/15/2008 7:33:35 PM
i used to have two different sized monitors, but then one of my coworkers quit and i swapped with one of his to even it out before the new guy was hired. now he has the oddball monitor
9/15/2008 7:34:52 PM
I only ride on 20"s

SONext 5 votes makes the decision. They're roughly the same price, so.... GO.1) Dual 21" 4:3or2) Single 24" 16:9
9/15/2008 7:37:22 PM
1) Dual 21" 4:31) Dual 21" 4:31) Dual 21" 4:31) Dual 21" 4:31) Dual 21" 4:3

I think you already know what your choice is

Why on earth would you get a TN? They look terrible.Get the MVA duals, or get a nice S-IPS if you can.

ordered the single 21" & save my money for a 26" IPS.thx all!
9/15/2008 10:32:10 PM
dual-widescreen lover myself... and a sad one that doesn't have them
9/15/2008 10:50:40 PM
^eh... I've seen this with dual 19's, but you can't get IPS panels in 19's and pixel mapped HD would mean dual 24's at least. I'd need 2 desks, and a lot more graphics than whats chillin in my ATX-mini right now.
