ive got a program on my comp that i wanna take the flash moves to insert into a powerpoint file.
instead of going back and forth from powerpoint to program to show the vids.

^i just thought of that. i put the CD in and found a 2 .rar files that are 1GB or so. has all the movies in .mov.

You could use a program like SnagIt to save the video screen capture as an avi or mpg then directly import it into power point. I think you can do it for free with the 30 day trial of SnagIt.
