There is a thread just like this only a few lines down --- alternatively, you can type the phrase "change major" in the search bar on the NCSU homepage which provides this link:
http://www.ncsu.edu/majors-careers/change_major/

Its an easy process as long as you meet the minimum requirements-- all you have to do is walk a form around campus and collect a few signatures. Good Luck!
