my career path up to this date isn't terribly interesting. worked for ncsu ITD, then for aruba networks, now for SAS. after i graduate from ncsu, i'm going to med school. i'll probably end up as either a neurosurgeon or trauma surgeon, depending on how my residency sways my opinion of either.

nope, mostly scholarships and a few small loans of my own. my parents offered to pay (as they did for my sister) but i turned them down and found my own funding - they've done enough getting me to this point in life, the least i can do is finance my higher education. they help me out every now and then, though - they finished paying off my car for me, my dad pays my cell/cable/power bills without me knowing every now and then, etc. i love them - i couldn't ask for better parents.

at SAS: solving insanely complex problems with the elegant solutions that have become my trademark. knowing that i'm an integral part of such an awesome company.

EMS: seeing how much of a difference i am making in people's lives. observing the gamut of people that call 911 for any number of reasons.

i do things like habitat for humanity, service raleigh, etc. when the opportunity arises
i provide medical services for various events (jimmy v tournament, lots of club sports at ncsu, etc.)
currently part of an organization working to have an on-campus EMS squad at ncsu

you mean windows apps? try the library. i do the majority of my stuff in c++ and cocoa/objective C.

i ask myself this all the time... it's definitely a struggle, especially with the added sleep stuff and being tired all the time. adderall is the only thing that keeps me functioning.
