I have an available room to rent in my house as of tomorrow, 10/3/08. The house is currently occupied by myself and two mutual friends (all male). Great location for commuting into Raleigh, to NC State, or to work in Cary and Garner (see map below).

I would be interested for the spring semester which would mean if it is still available in Jnauary or even december please let me know and is there any way I could run cable to the room
