I just did a 10 page statistical report on maximizing profit for this company's interview. What are the odds they steal all the interviewees reports and hire no one?

I mean, that would be foolish to give that report to them. If anything give them an abstract.

but yeah, that's just bad judgment to give them the entire report for an interview. They're not obligated to compensate you for your work in any way
