We have a room available in a 2400 sf home in the Brier Creek area. Great for some doing a CO-OP or working in RTP. It is ~4 mile from my job in RTP.

You get an unfurnished bedroom + all utilities (phone, cable, power, water, etc.) You also get a space in the driveway.

There is a furnished room; however, you will pay more.

Let me know if you want pictures (apparently you cannot upload any currently) or want to see the place.
