i was hoping that they were changing formats...it seems like a lot of times when radio stations change from one genre of music to another they play the same crappy song over and over again until the new station starts...

They just hit the 50k a little bit ago. I heard them give away the first 3 prizes as I pulled in the drive way.

Actually, the advertisers are the ones who purchased the prizes that would be given away at 50K unique hits on G105's website. Apparently, the number one radio station only gets 39k unique hits per day, so getting 50K hits in a single day is a win.
