bttt. The apt was completely renovated August 07, brand new W/D, carpet, sheet rock...everything practically. If you're looking for a short term lease (through May-July) this is the perfect place. My roommate and I were paying about 400-450 a month total for rent, power, internet & digital cable...which is a good deal. PM if interested. I have appliances, dishes, furniture and everything you would need to live here. All you would need to provide is your own bed and dresser. Room also comes with a huge closet.

Soooo it's February and yes, I'm still looking for a roommate. My lease ends July 31st (I think) but if someone wants to move in you don't necessarily need to be added to the lease or even agree to live in the apt the full term.
