Basically, I feel like I am constantly walking around with a rock sitting in my stomach. I have hardly any appetite at all.

If I eat a normal size meal, there is a decent chance that I will have diarrhea (sorry for the tmi) or eventually throw up. If I don't do one of those, then it is likely that I will feel full for hours. I want to be able to eat normal. halp!

I would suggest you consult a medical doctor.

I'd say you should go see a doctor soon, if you have a GI obstruction or something that can get pretty serious.

As someone who has had stomach problems, I recommend you go to a doctor, or go straight to a gastroenterologist so they can get you an endoscopy. The Cary digestive disease center on the corner of Tryon and Cary Parkway has good doctors and an excellent facility for surgical procedures.
