If you are interested please give me an hourly rate, approximately how many hours a week you can dedicate to tutoring and what experience you have (even if it's just that you've taken the class).

A+ in the class, as well as calc 1. A in calc 3 and Diff Eq. Bombed PDE and got a B-. I wont be cheap however as I could care less about the struggles of others.

if by calc 2 you actually mean 231 I still have my notes when I took the class over the summer and got an A. I basically just have a shitload of examples worked out when I took it with petersen
