fwiw the jousting lances were designed to shatter on impact without transferring terribly much more force than necessary to unseat someone, it's not nearly as retarded as it looks at face value

I am pretty sure I mean jousting lance, I have never heard of an epit sword (and neither has Google) but pls provide a source for that if it's more accurate

and yes, it's assumed you're wearing full plate

even then if it catches you in the helm you can have some problems

but all sports have their dangers
