I just dont have maple so kind of the whole thing

For each of the following models you will be using these parameter values: M = 114600, r = 0.2896, and H = 4148. Please note k=r/M.
For the exponential model, if the initial population ( y(0) ) is 1315,

(Symbolic) write the equation for y in terms of t
Note: Use ONLY the variable t. If you need to denote "e" remember to use the "exp" format (just like in Excel!).
y (t) =

what is the population at t=15?

For the logistic model,

what is the population at the nonzero equilibrium?

If y(0) = 1315, what is the population at t=15?

For the harvesting model,

what are the equilibrium populations?
(smaller population)
(larger population

she flies through stuff in class, so much so that it's difficult to either take notes or keep up with her. Even if you have her notes, it's sometimes hard to decipher what she did maple-wise. I know she has that maple sheet, but it would just be nice if she'd slow down in class.

if she wouldn't go over the first part of what she does in class it would be nice, nobody listens to that because were just in there to get our hw done and leave. I've got all 11 of mine done so hopefully i wont have to go back to class.

Consider a rectangular display area of dimensions x by y which must have an area of 580 ft2. Suppose the concrete side, whose length is x, will cost $27/ft. and the three wood sides will cost $13.85/ft.

(Symbolic) Find the cost and constraint functions.

Cost: C(x, y) =

Constraint: xy =

Use derivatives to find the minimum cost.

(Symbolic) f(x) =

(Symbolic) f '(x) =

x =

Cost = $

Use the spreadsheet to generate a table and chart of the cost function from x=10 to x=60.

Use this spreadsheet to answer the following question.

What is the price when...
...x = 10? $
...x = 15? $
...x = 33? $
...x = 59? $

Based on the table only, the approximate minimum cost is $ when x = .

Suppose the concrete cost is changed from $27/ft to $30/ft. How does this change the exact minimum cost?

x which minimizes cost =
Minimum Cost = $

Summary: When the cost of the concrete side increases the cost of the display area ---Select--- decreases increases by $ .

if you follow the notes on her website it is really easy. I am finished with the class because i have the 11 assignments done that are required by going through the notes. it's not that difficult
