in my evidence class we use SKEET as an acronym or a Mnemonic device. i don't really know the difference. or maybe an acronym can be a mnemonic device. anyway, we use it as one of those things to help us remember something.

it was funny when the prof made it up. because a) he kept saying SKEET over and over again and b) we had to practice things with a partner and he'd be like "remember to use SKEET on them" and c) the sad thing is he tries to make acronyms like pop culture relevant (like last year we had one that was P DIDDY) and so i'm pretty sure he just heard SKEET in a rap song and doesn't know what it is!!
