so found out the hard way tonight that Blockbuster changed how they calculate your allotment of in-store rentals for the month...it is now based on your BILLING CYCLE instead of the actual calendar month. naturally, they didn't feel the need to tell this to the customer. so i basically got screwed out an in-store rental for November. i didn't pay the "discounted" fee for an in-store rental since it should've been free.
