If he wants to spend his time waiting in line and sell them to someone (who still gets a steep discount on a lot of Moe's), then thats his choice (and the choice of someone who bought them from him).

For example, if someone bought an item on black friday, and sold it to me for a slight markup, I consider that to be me paying them for thier trouble and time in line, saving me the headache.
