just woke up from a horrible nightmare, came to TWW to make sure the world hadnt been taken over because you know those news channels are so unreliable

The only reason they're even on your mind is because of all the movies that have come out about them in the past couple years.

I don't really think you're stupid for having a nightmare about them. I'm mostly just pissed because my roommate tried to tell me they might be real. God I fucking hate him.

i have no idea why i had a dream about them, havent watched a movie in probably a year because while zombie movies can be a good laugh, and they are most of the time, they still scare the shit out of me. i guess its my Achilles heel of horror movies although i dont really consider zombies horror, more sci-fi/comedy/bad acting

ugh, i woke up as i was locking all the doors to my parents house, which has three huge glass paned windows in the front, four in the back, and three shoddy doors that only lock from the screen door, and none of the internal doors lock

naturally, you can see my concern

Well, the zombie invasion hasn't begun in Raleigh. I can't say so for other parts of the world but it hasn't happened here. But I would probably be one of the first to know because my roommate would probably join them.

The other day I had Keith Olbermann on television even though I wasn't watching it and it said something about zombies. This was enough to actually get him to come out of his room and this conversation took place...

Roommate: Did they say something about zombies?
Me: Huh? Oh, I don't know. I think the tv is just being stupid or something.
Roommate: Oh. Well they're not real, you know?
Me: Yeah, I didn't really think they were.
Roommate: But they could be...
Me: (mental *facepalm*) So could a lot of stuff...

On another unrelated but interesting note. White Zombie came on my Pandora while I was typing out this post.

im glad you havent heard of an actual zombie outbreak in Raleigh, that makes me feel a lot better, maybe i'll read or something and try to fall asleep... i decided that i would read the 6th harry potter book this week, haha... pathetic... but i know it'll most likely put me to sleep!

LOL, i forgot to mention, in my dream my zombie was some asian kid wearing a baseball hat (much like the indiana jones kid) and he hadnt yet turned so he was asleep but i was waiting for him to wake up. somehow i was driving and he was in the passenger seat but his foot was stuck on the gas pedal so i was steering and couldnt push him out. then i got to my house and he had started to wake up. UGH

not thinking about it anymore, but i looking back on who the zombie was it was kinda funny
