I disagree. You must be one of those people who were always shocked to see your teacher out in public and only thought your teacher's life had to do with school.
If anything I'd ask the parents how they know they knew she was an adult film star...

What she does in her personal life (as long as it does not influence her performance in the classroom) should not determine if she is fit enough to perform well enough in her professional life. I think that goes along with all professions. That's one reason I'm against employeers using facebbok and myspace to determine if they want to hire someone.

On the flip side however, I think even though it shouldn't be a factor, I think people should use common sense and realize that things you do in your personal life can influence the image you put out there for your self and for your place of employment.

Just one of those things where everyone is in the wrong and no one wants to admit it.

Look, you may not have a problem with it, but the majority of parents do have a problem with it. They should have a say on who is around their children. Public school is the only option for most, not like they can just go somewhere else. It's not like it was something out of her control.
