wtf is fried squash?I'm cooking as well. However i'm in Australia and they don't have turkeys here... so it'll be chicken. And they don't have canned pumpkin so i had to make a pie from scrizatch.

^sure you can, but not easily and not at any grocery stores i've seen.hrmm looks pretty good. I've never heard of it before. We have nice normal northern thanksgiving dinners in my family. turkeycranberry saucemashed potatoes and gravycorn, peas, beans, squashrollspumpkin and apple piei think thats about it. what do you guys all traditionally eat?
