It was mediocre. I had to work all day (read: sit around, waste time), but I have tomorrow off.

Slow news day, so there wasn't much to do.

oh, it was pretty nice. I took vacay. yesterday. Of course I had today off, and I have tomorrow off as well.
Woke up around 10, and started cooking with G.
We had turkey, mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, stuffing, cauliflower casserole, rolls, and collard greens. The apple pie is in the oven now.
All in all, it was a pretty relaxing day.

Sounds lovely. Hopefully your apple pie turns out better than my mom's. Apparently she wasn't looking and used ground red pepper instead of cinnamon, and didn't catch the mistake until she tasted it.
