my grandma told us that her boyfriend sent her a smokey quartz necklace surrounded by like 40 real diamonds for thanksgiving..........and she sent him a box of moravian sugar cookies

also my dad cut open his finger (like stitches style) when slicing the filet

and them my brother pushed my grandmother's wheelchair (with her in it) straight into the back of the elevator at the hospital

but that is about all that happened. no real words of wisdom from my family this year.

I also had sent . The local one has gone from a decent local news paper, with thorough coverage, to a trite small town newspaper that sometimes only has 2 sections, and thinly filled. They even cut stories off w/ a link to the website. When I asked what she thought of it, my uncle thought this would be an opportune time to talk shit about "that liberal garbage''. The woman just wants thorough news coverage in written form, jackass.
