Continued rain for hours and hours.



The wind doesn't fuck up my reception, and bad storms for short periods of time don't either...

but non-stop rain for hours on end cripples my DTV signal.



To make matters worse...I've got Sunday Ticket w/ Superfan to watch all games in HD.

haha. that's how ours is in wilmington. damn thing works fine in a monsoon but prolonged light rain and even a really cloudy day will knock it out. Clear view of the southern sky(or whatever the fuck it is) and full signal. Directv people were like "well, there's nothing we can really do about it". *carl face* and I love how they had the commercials talking about how the cable companies wanted you to think your satellite would go out in the rain.

I'm pretty sure that there's an unwritten tv law that says your cable or satellite is most likely to fuck up when there's something on that you want to watch.

I almost never have reception problems with DTV.

However, TWC Road Runner was running as slow as dialup this morning.
