What, do want someone to copy and paste it for you? What did you expect?

if you didn't have anything to contribute besides telling me to google, then shut up and get out

heaven forbid anyone ever ask anyone else for some advice or instructions, no google is apparently the compendium of all human knowledge and has made asking another person for anything totally worthless

you ever think maybe i prefer the quality of advice i've had on cooking from this website before to be more worthwhile than google

about 350 degrees
cook for about 1 hour and 20 minutes

I'd recommend just getting a roasting pan to do it in.

But if you don't have one, a slotted pan placed over a deeper pan will do. The idea is to catch the drippings, but still allow for heat to cook the chicken on all sides

wash the chicken well before placing it in the oven. stuff it with veggies (chopped celery and carrots usually work)

I would make a rub out of salt, pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, thyme, garlic. Then cover the chicken with that. Place it into the preheated oven.**

You'll want to cook it until the juices run clear when cut around the thicker parts of the chicken. It shouldn't be pink near the bone anymore.
If it starts to get too brown for your tastes, then cover it all with some aluminum foil

baste it with chicken broth twice while cooking

**you can find a recipe for a rub or marinade, almost anywhere on the internet

EMCE just knows how to cook

The more time you spend in a kitchen, the better (obviously). You'll quickly learn what spices, marinades, etc... taste good, and how to bring out the flavor in your food

hahaha, I should knock off Emeril and take his place

BAM!

BAM!

BAM!

KICK IT UP A NOTCH
