SUBLEASE JAN 09- JULY 09
Hey! I'm graduating and am looking for someone , female, to take over my lease. I live in a 3 bedroom apt. You get:
your own bathroom
your own walk in closet
a dresser
a night table
a microfridge
a table for your computer and a chair
I have a 32 inch tv and moved into VG apt with a new bed,mattress,spring box that I will be leaving. I'll be moving to another state at the end of december so I can't take much along.
It's near campus (NCSU) -7 min max (driving). You've got a Foodlion down the street and a couple places to eat.
And VG apts have their own bus to take you to school and back.
Did I mention the apartment is fully furnished? Comes with a TV (cable included), leather sofa set, glass top coffee table, glass top dining table microwave, fridge, dish washer, washer and dryer and plenty of closets! Utilities are included too.
The clubhouse was recently renovated. They installed a tanning bed, have a game room, a gym that has everything, a computer room and a study room. There's a pool too and it's gated so security is never an issue.
Oh and pets are allowed except ones that are kept in cages or in enclosures liek fish.
