where you just have to change your useragent on any browser to mobile safari for the iphone to get free internet?

I'm pretty sure last I heard you had to request a text message be sent to your phone with some sort of auth code.

i mean, i could see that you get a code on your coffee to let you online, or something, to discourage moochers, but you can get free intarweb from so many other places that aren't evil

you can buy a $5 starbucks gift card and use the code on the back to register for 2 hours of free wifi. it's a pain in the butt, but it works if you're gonna buy something at starbucks anyways. but i agree, it's retarded for starbucks to continue to charge for wifi
