Authorities began investigating Parris in September after a relative of the victims reported the alleged crime against the 11-year-old. Deputies held Parris in jail under a $100,000 bond in September. They have increased his bond to $2.8 million due to the additional charges. He was scheduled to appear in a Cumberland County courtroom Wednesday. "
