8pm-4am sounds like it would be great. get home and go to bed, sleep until lunch, do whatever you need to do in the afternoon while places are open, then cook and eat supper, go to work, start again. i think i would like it.

amen, broslice...i have a hard time sleeping in, so when i stay out late on friday/saturday nights (and these days, 12-1am is PLENTY late for me) i'm tired the next day, but can't sleep it off
