I remember emailing Bill Nye the Science Guy back and forth about 13 years ago. I remember downloading dave matthews band songs like 30 seconds at a time on liquid music player @ 28.8 kbps about 15 years ago. Afterdark screen savers were awesome. I remember RPG's on telnet were big.

*edit* but I/my dad was never dumb enough to purchase AOL. I definately remember all my friends complaining about their AOL

^ ha ha. my mom was still using dial-up up until about 2 months ago. She only had 1 phone line. I would get so fucking frustrated when I would try to call her for like 2 hours and only get busy signals.
