bought it for $30,000 less than appraised value, which was $20,000 less than the previous sale price. The tax value is like $240,000 which is WAY (almost $100,000) more than I paid for it.

sadly i think homes are still declining. but if you can stay in it long enough to pull a good return more power to ya

you better work on getting that reassessed

im the opposite boat

mine hasnt been reassessed since like 1988 and i'd like to keep it that way (<100k below what i bought it for
