My day isn't complete without some sort of drink in the evening.

Usually it's 2-3 glasses of wine, or 2 mixed drinks at a minimum. I don't really drink beer at home.

Either too much or not enough. I've found lately that when I go out drinking I've been getting shithoused. This was not the case when I was going out frequently, however in the last year or so I've cut my bar time down to almost nothing so I'm not used to drinking anymore.

Probably the best thing for me would be either to go back to having at least 6-10 drinks per evening 5 days out of the week like before or just not drink at all even when I do go out.
