I don't know if it's something that they've done before. I saw it in the grocery store, and knowing that Pyramid usually makes good beer, I decided to grab it. I think it was around $8 for a 6-pack. I saw it at the Harris Teeter on Central Ave. in Charlotte in the Plaza-Midwood area. Since it's a seasonal ale it won't be around long though.
