I've never understood the one with the eye in the rear view mirror. I think Larson got it backwards. Objects are closer than they APPEAR. Meaning, they should appear farther away than they actually are, not closer. Unless the eyeball is supposed to be gigantic?

When it's Gary Fucking Larson. You could give Garfield a calendar of panels and it would have as much depth and meaning as a sorority girl.
