Seriously. And I'm stuck here until Sunday. I'm considering leaving at exactly 12:01 Sunday morning, so I can say that technically I fulfilled my promise not to leave until that day.

This would probably result in economic sanctions that I am not willing to risk.

i came home in time for the christmas eve service at church last night...i'll be gone tonight after my parents go to bed

that's plenty for me

though they're only 45 minutes from raleigh, so it's not like i don't see them on a pretty regular basis (usually 3-4 times per month)

i miss being sick of my family this year

you don't know what you got til its gone. i mean all families are crazy but i kind of like it. it gets old after awhile. but this christmas didn't feel like christmas without the craziness.

Sure is nice to be back home. I agree, family overload sucks. Mostly it's the kids and their inability to control their volume.

all my family lives within 5 miles of me. its great cause i only have time to stay for a few drinks at each house, and by the time we are done running around we are hammered and its time to go home...or crowleys for my yearly high school reunion.
