NCSU student looking for roomate in a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment at Ivy commons between Avent Ferry and Crest Road.

Nice, quiet apartment with good location near NCSU campus, right on the Wolfline.

It is mostly furnished, living room and kitchen is fully furnished. Roomate would need bedroom furniture and things for their bathroom.

Rates for the room are $317.50 per month + utilities (cable and internet, electricity, water, etc.)



Looking for someone to move in sometime in januaury or early Feb.

i use to know what they were but i assume they've moved up since then...good place to live imo

$470/month. I have lived here for three years. Rent has gone up $10 one the one bedrooms.
