If Gamestop sells an M rated game to someone under 18 or 17 or whatever the age is, the employee gets fired, the supervisor gets fired the store manager gets fired and the zone manager gets a very nasty letter. I think its the same with alcohol/tobacco they have to card anyone who looks to be under 27/28 (within 10 years)

i guess i've just looked over 18 for a while? idk, never been carded for a video game, spray paint, over the counter drugs that you have to be 18+ for (aside from when the u-scan at HT does it automatically), and the only time I was carded for a movie was when i saw Pineapple Express with a nice clean shave.

Never been carded for anything. When I started buying alcohol I was never carded, even though I should have been (isn't there a law if you look under a certain age the need to card you?)

Damn, that's harsh!

It's pretty serious for alcohol too though...if an ALE sting catches a cashier selling to someone who is underage, by state law the employee must be fired immediately, plus the employee gets ticketed and the store fined.
