Yeah I was lied to recently as well. I had a lot of clothes to drop off at Good Will. I called up their main number to get store hours. I was told "all stores are open till 8:30pm". I then proceeded to go to the one downtown at 7pm. It was closed and now I had a trunk full of clothes. I called them up again the following day and the same woman answered. I asked what are their store hours and got the same answer. I asked, what about the one downtown? Oh, that one...that one closes at 5.
