I don't sweat. I use medical grade old spice like will ferrell told me I should.

bleach reacts with the protein in sweat and actually make the stains worse.

the best treatment is a detergent targetted towards protein stains like grass stains, or a paste made from aspirin

my shirts get bad like that sometimes . that's why you replace them.

nothing wrong w/ a stain on an undershirt. that's what the undershirt is for.

stop wearing antiperspirant and you'll probably stop staining your undershirts. just wear straight deodorant. it worked for me.

Yeah, Those stains look gross, but they are really just due to your sweat reacting with your antiperspirant.

never had a sweaty pit again after i stopped using the hard stuff

i threw away like 4 more shirts yesterday actually...guess i'll google the stain-antiperspirant thing

yeah its definitely the anitpersperant/sweat reaction. and posters are right, bleach makes it worse. I've had shirts like that. I replace them when they start to show.

using deodorant does help, but some people are uncomfortable with the feeling of sweaty pits in general
