I can help you build an electric fence with a power distribution transformerit will probably kill anything that comes within a few inches of the wire

200A service and a 37kVa 14.4kV pole transformer would make for a sweet electric fenceyou could definitely tell when something hit it, you'd almost certainly have an arc between the fence and your would-be trespasser that persisted for a minute or so after said trespasser fell to the groundrectify it and you could probably keep an arc circling your yard indefinitely between the fence and ground due to Lorentz force ehehe[Edited on December 31, 2008 at 7:13 PM.
