all of which are essential

you can't blanket gin into one catagory, considering there are ~7 major flavor components, different gins bringing out the different component.

some make better g&ts, other make better martinis, and i even like some straight on the rocks with a lemon twist

but if you're making g&ts or martinis, you dont want your gin cooled.

you could probably contract it out to do some industrial cryogenics work.

you know, when I first read that I was like "bullshit" but didn't remember the specific number and didn't care to look it up

but now that you mention it, I briefly considered ethanol as a working fluid in a cryo setup I was contemplating for a project
