seems like it'd be fine til you had people over, then it'd depend on how you had the space arranged

I will likely be getting one soon. I intend to invest in a few of those partition/privacy screens

i live in a studio, it's a pretty decent size -- 575 square feet -- so i don't feel cramped at all.

it's nice to wear whatever the hell you want and do whatever the hell you want, when you want, at all times. the price is a little steep - $600/mo - but worth it for no distractions, being in grad school and all.

I'm looking to rent a studio in Wilmington in a few months. I don't want to have to pay to furnish both a living room and bedroom, plus it'll be cheaper. anyone know of where I can get a good one in Wilmington? Walking distance to UNCW would be a bonus.

Living in a studio apartment like one pictured, you'd be limited with what you can cook.

I mean, you don't want to stink up the whole place or your sheets or anything for that matter.

Don't know if I'd like that.

Once I get a new job (soon I hope) I'll be lookig for a new place in DC too. Studios are awesome if you don't need a ton if space.

I'm surprised your seeing them for as cheap as $850. Most of the ones that I've been seeing that are decent are closer to a grand.
