How many roommates would there be?
What are the other roommates like?
How old are the other roommates?
What about drinking/smoking?
What about parking?
Would the potential lessee be leasing from you or the apartment complex?
Would this be a sublease or an assignment?
What furniture would a potential lessee need?
What furniture would come with the sublease/assignment?
Why are you moving out?
Etc...

These are all questions that a potential lessee might want to know. And considering that I will be working in Raleigh this summer, I guess that I am a potential lessee; even though, I think that I can find some friends to live with.
