Anybody know of any good ones in Raleigh? I am going to become a landlord on my townhouse so I'd like to speak to one about renting. 1/7/2009 12:06:27 PM |

What are you gonna ask them? I've rented a couple places and haven't talked to one, didn't need to. You can get all the lease agreements and everything online. 1/7/2009 12:30:10 PM |

Do the online lease agreements cover you if the tenant's actions result in thousands of dollars in PROP related fines?

A few reasons I'd like to speak to one. First off, peace of mind. Second, to make certain that I have covered all my bases from a liability standpoint. Third, to discuss fair housing laws, which I know are an issue now for a lot of landlords turning people down, not having proper documentation for it and getting sued. 1/7/2009 2:22:37 PM |
