Need a roommate to live with myself and 2 other state students in a well kept 4br/4ba apartment at Lake Park.
This is a nice unit, and my dad personally owns this unit. So your welcome to customise your room and repairs (if needed) are very fast since I live there and my dad is local. No dealing with shitty land lords.

I need a well kept person to occupy the back right room. The room is fairly big, with its own bathroom. Room has a large window facing the woods. This unit is very private, being on the top floor, and facing the woods.

The other roommates are Business/Computer Science/Graphic Communications majors and are juniors.

We got a 32" tv, and a very nice/huge sound system in the main room. Have a fold out large couch and other misc furniture and a fully furnished kitchen and laundry. We like to have an occassional party, but for the most part were a bunch of social guys who like to have friends over. You must keep the common areas neat!!! Im tired of dirty ass roommates.

The low down:
1441-304 Lake park 4br/ba unit. $300 mo + utilities split (usually $40-70). Its a 2 min drive to food lion, and a 5 min walk, where you can pick up the avent ferry bus. Contrary to most beliefs, Lake Park really isnt as bad as they say (and your getting a good landlord, not some shitty complex association!!), and during the summer its pretty fun with most neighbors playing basketball/volleyball/pool together. Our building is mostly college kids.

This is my bedroom but the others are very similar, if you want to get a feel. (ignore the gift wrapping on the floor tho) Yes, I do have a projector as my tv in my room lol.
